Introduction

This is my final law project. This project is meant to take one topic for each of our units, write a descriptions of what the term is and why it would be important for someone in grade nine to read or know. The four units we worked on are, Introduction to Law, Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Criminal Law, and Civil Law. The topics I have chosen are; Hammurabi's Code, Section 2 (d) of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Mens Rea and Intent, and finally the Four Factors.
