Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

Section 2 (d)

Section 2 is everyone has the same four fundamental freedoms 3. Part (d) is the freedom of association. Say if you were apart of a group that helps teen and young adults deal with drug addiction. Where is no way for the police to come and arrest you for attending this group. Now if you go to the group with illegal drugs on you than you can be arrest. No police officer can come to you house and say they are arresting you because you join this group and someone in the group as done something illegal. That would violate you're section 2 part (d) right under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
